Freshly caught by Pole & Line method in One-Day Fishing, our Yellowfin Tuna varies from 1kg - 5kgs in size. Its quality and freshness ensured by our FDA-compliance freezing and storing process.

We supply our clients with the best quality of Skipjack Tuna available in Eastern Indonesia (Pacific Ocean). Our Skipjack Tuna ranging from <1kg up to 3kgs in size. Super frozen Skipjack Tuna is fresher than fresh tuna. Our Super frozen tuna is caught by Pole & Line method through One-day Fishing by our fishermen partners, a dolphinsafe fishing method, and immediately stored at FDA-compliance temperature. Super frozen products eliminate air freighting and its unwanted Carbon Footprint effects.

This is a must try product of Tuna Republic! Our Smoked Fish are traditionally processed by the surrounding communities near the main Fish Market in the island. Using the famous coconut briquette, the end result produced a mouth-watering smell and tasty whole smoked tuna while the constant heat ensures no parasites left. No question on its freshness, our smoked tuna are available in two selection: (i) Smoked Skipjack -the natives called it Cakalang Fufu- ; or (ii) Smoked Yellowfin.
